Cancellation and No Show
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling within a 48 hour window from the appointment time will qualify for a transferable deposit. Should an appointment be rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice the deposit will not be transferable and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. No shows will be charged in full for the scheduled service. 
  
Rescheduling
To reschedule an appointment, please email dani@danicancolor.com. **If for any reason your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a conflict on my end your deposit will be transferable but will remain non-refundable.

Deposits
Starting on May 1st 2023, all services will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to ensure that all guests have the opportunity to have their self care time. This ensures that each guest commits to their appointment time and any openings can be provided to others when available. 
  
Service Adjustments
Guest satisfaction and healthy hair is of the utmost importance. All services come with a guarantee based upon the consultation. The guarantee includes up to a 2 week period of which at any point there is an adjustment needed it will be scheduled and complementary. An adjustment is limited to a change in gloss, adding a few highlights/lowlights, reshaping a haircut or reassessing extension placement.
  
Refunds and Returns
Refunds are not offered for any services performed nor any deposit made. If for any reason the expectations are not met, a second consultation will be offered so that a new strategy can be proposed. Every service is unique, based on each individual, and requires a different approach. This can mean that more than one appointment is needed to fully understand how your hair will react to certain services/techniques. Returns on product and extensions are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect. 
  
Environment 
The salon space and time with each guest is limited. In recognizing that, it is requested that additional people and children who are not receiving a service refrain from joining the scheduled guest. The goal to provide a safe, fun and relaxing environment for all guests is extremely important. 
  
Photography Release
I hereby grant Dani Canerday Color LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on Company and other websites and in publications, educational courses, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, social media, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me. I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of the Company. I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Dani Can Color LLC, its current and former trustees, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation. I hereby warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, competent to contract in my own name and agree to the above release. If I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below.
